Full Body

Our full body workouts are designed to be adjustable to any level of fitness. If you like full body workouts, this is the one for you. The atmosphere in the group and our trainers will make sure you get the best results possible!

Energy boxing

During the Energy Boxing classes, various elements of boxing are combined with fitness, in order to improve the overall physical condition and toning. We will teach you boxing techniques, work hard on your condition and motivate you!

Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic and flowing yoga style designed to make your body stronger, more flexible, and mobile. Perfect as a complement to boost your sports performance, but also an excellent foundational workout.

Weightlifting

Workout involving the techniques of Olympic Weightlifting (Snatch /Clean & Jerk). These explosive movements help improve strength and coordination.

Run club

A group running session with two levels:

  • Start to Run – For beginners building up to 5 km with intervals and technique drills.

  • Run Club – For runners who can comfortably run around 5 km, focusing on distance, pace, and performance.
